Have paraguard but havent gotten period. Cramps but no bleeding.?

I had a paraguard placed about 3 months ago. I have had one period and have not had my second one. I am cramping but no bleeding, none at all. My first period was very heavy and hurt worse than normal. I just had my first baby in July. I had it place in December. I dont have any pain and it is still in place. Advice?
