What can a 13 year old do for a job?

okay, so i can't do lemonade stands because my neighbourhood has no side walk. I can't baby sit because the legal age to baby sit anyone is 14. to work at any store you have to be 16. and people don't do paper routes any more. i tried to do a pet sitting business with my cousin but my mom doesn't trust people in our neighbourhood since there are some bad people. i don't know where to get a job and im really tired asking my parents for money, since we are really low on it. i would love to work with animals but i don't know where to look. so thanks for answers :D
