How do I grow out my Baby Hair?

I have alot of them in the front and whenever I tie my bangs to the back, my baby hair sticks out and it's annoying me. Or whenever I tie my bangs to the side, it still sticks out. Will it ever grow? Because I remember having this since elementary and now I'm a high schooler still having baby hair.
