What's the name of that cartoon?

all i can remember is that it was a CGI show like from the year 2000 or so and it the characters were a little green guy with a hat his sister and his best friend who was big and fat they drove one of those monster trucks or something like that i used to watch it in discovery kids or was it fox kids? i don't' remember well if you know please let me know.
