When can I touch my baby dwarf hamsters?

I noticed them 8 days ago but i think they're 9 or 1o days old. they're eating solid foods that momma hamster has given them and also still getting milk. Eyes have not yet opened. should i wait for open eyes or is eating solid food enough?
