Full Auto on a 10/22 ruger and more mods?

There are a lot more mods that can be made to an AR-15 than a 10/22. You can even make an AR-15 shoot 9mm, .45 ACP, .243 WSSM, 6.5 Grendel, .50 Beowulf, .22 lr, .204, and several other calibers. Oh yeah, and 7.62x39.
