I think my roommate might be abusing my dog?

so, like everyone else these tough times, have affected me, so I decided to get a roomie. She's been with me for alittle over 5 months now. But recently, I've noticed a change in my dogs behavior. She's more skittish, she flinched from my hand today (she has never flinched away from me) and the other day I got home from work and she was locked in my room with no food or water, and no access to her doggie door. I asked my roommate why she did that, she said cause pickles (my dog) was attacking the vacuum (which she does) she said after vacuuming she realized the time, was running late, and just accidently forgot about her. When she calls pickles, pickles hesitates. But I dont wanna out right accuse her. But thinking about my baby getting hit makes me sick to my stomach. What should I do. Oh and she's also on the lease.
