If I ran/jogged 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes how soon would I see any results?

I need to lose this baby weight, I gained 20 lbs. its been almost 5 months and Im still fat. I've been eating right and everything but lots focus the past 2 weeks. I'm trying to get back on track but its hard when you have to stop to take care of baby. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
