What are our chances?? Please help!?

My husband and I haven't been preventing from having a baby. My period was due feb. 3rd, so I took a test that day and it was negative. I continued to have thick clear discharge so we continued to "have fun" haha anyways, I have been having mild cramping, nausea, sore nipples and bloating... Is there anyway I tested too early and could be pregnant? I also tend to have an irregular period.. I'm not sure what to think or do .. I don't wanna get my hopes up. Please help?? Thank you!!
