Why are there people on Yahoo Answers who just want to hurt others as my sister who asked a sincere question?

I have a sister Barbara. A few days ago, she went on this Yahoo & asked a question in the Religion & Spirituality Section about why she is having trouble trying to pray. She told of her husbands money troubles & of how much she loves her baby boy. She told of how they have to move by 4/1/07 & her husband was not saving money & she was worrying. She told of her panic attacks & how she can't leave the house. She got a few nice answers. Mostly she got people telling her she was lazy & to get a job. She works 4 nights a week at home doing medical transcription. One woman told her that child services would take the baby and she was an unfit mother only worrying about her husband & not the baby. We grew up in an unfit household but my sister is the best mom & wife & would not even smoke a cigarette. She has no friends, I don't know what she wanted from this yahoo. She cried showing me what people wrote. She cut her wrists but she'll live. She is in the hospital now. Think.
